Gabriel Higgins Memorial Scholarship
The Texas Cowboys Alumni Association established this scholarship at the Ex-Students Association to honor the memory of Gabriel "Gabe" Higgins, a New Man of the Texas Cowboys who died tragically in April 1995, while attending a Texas Cowboys initiation. The scholarship has been awarded to:
